However, only the bioentry id and description appear to be indexed - at the very least, all associated text (accessions, literature references, etc) should also be indexed.

Accessions and references added to searchableText index, for default search form.

Other fields (organism, taxonomy, aggessions, ...) on custom indexes for collections and specific search.
